Dave Mallard has 44 years of civil and trial practice, a robust background of legal experience in law and business helping clients navigate through complex challenges and new endeavors.  He has helped resolve a a wide range of legal matters for clients from individuals to large companies. As a mediator, Mr. Mallard has earned  a reputation for fairness, flexibility, creativity, patience, and unique interpersonal skills.​


Since 1978, Mr. Mallard's areas of emphasis are: 

Business Law and Litigation, Banking Disputes, Creditor/Debtor Relations, Collections and Foreclosures, Real Estate Law and Litigation, Property Disputes, Probate and Estate Planning and Litigation, General Civil and Commercial Litigation, Municipal and Quasi-Governmental Entities, and FULL MEDIATION Services. 


Born July 28, 1951 in Roby, Texas - Grew up in Abilene, Texas.         

Married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
